It is important to review this policy thoroughly prior to making a reservation. Confirmation of a booking with PublicServiceConsortium is considered an acceptance of these refund conditions.
Standard Cancellation and Refund Timeline
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Complete refund except for processing charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Service Fee: €50 for credit card payments
Stipulations: Must be submitted in written form through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Service Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund
Stipulations: A legitimate reason needed; administrative fees are applicable
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Refunds are not available
Exception: Situations of emergency could be eligible for consideration
Option: Credit for future charters might be given at the discretion of management
Stipulations: Proof is required for claims of emergency circumstances
Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions
Our Assurance Regarding Weather
Our paramount concern is safety. If our experienced captain deems the weather conditions unsafe for the charter, we offer several alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Provided if rescheduling isn't viable
- Change of Date: Relocate your charter to an upcoming available spot without additional charges
- Charter Credit: Issued for 12 months from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
The review of weather conditions encompasses:
- Assessment of wind patterns and strength
- Evaluation of ocean waves and current conditions
- Forecast for visibility and precipitation
- Advisories and notifications from maritime authorities
- Professional judgment of the captain regarding safety
Decision Window: Choices regarding weather-related cancellations are finalized not later than four hours prior to the planned departure.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies
Emergency Scenarios
We recognize that health-related emergencies can happen unexpectedly. The following scenarios may be eligible for special consideration:
- Sudden medical conditions or injuries that require hospital care
- Passing of a close family member
- Unforeseen military orders or recall
- Mandatory court appearance or jury duty
- Natural calamities that impede travel
Proof Required
For emergency-related refund requests, please furnish:
- Health certificate or documents from the hospital
- Certificate of death, if relevant
- Documentation verifying military orders
- Notice of legal summons or obligation for jury service
- Government advisories or declarations of emergency
Procedure: Upon receipt of the necessary proof, emergency refund claims are attended to within 3-5 business days.
Cancellations on Operational Grounds
Vessel Malfunction
In the event that the yacht assigned to you suffers from mechanical issues that remain unresolved:
- Alternative Yacht: We will endeavor to arrange a vessel of comparable quality
- Complete Refund: Should a suitable alternative not be attainable
- Partial Refund: If the substitute vessel is priced differently
- Recompense: Extra compensation could be offered to make up for any inconveniences
Lack of Available Crew
In rare occurrences where a certified crew is not available:
- Efforts will be made to find a replacement crew
- Full refund in case the charter has to be canceled
- Opportunity to reschedule without incurring extra cost

Refunds are credited back through the original method used for payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Wire Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Check: 3-5 business days

€25 charge for all wire transfer refunds

Instances Voucher Credits Are Given
In certain scenarios, credit vouchers may be presented as an alternative to refunds:
- Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours in advance
- Charter cancellations due to weather
- Voluntary requests to change reservation dates
- Inconveniences caused by operational disruptions
Terms of Credit Vouchers
- Validity Period: 12 months from the voucher's date of issuance
- Non-Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to others
- Monetary Value: Equal to the full value of the charter, excluding fees
- Usability: Applicable to any charter available
- Expiry: No extensions past the 12-month period
Refunding a Portion of Services
Interruptions During Service
Should your charter experience interruptions or end prematurely due to situations within our influence:
- Amount owed recalculated based on the undelivered service time
- Credit matching the charter's value for ensuing use
- Complimentary offerings or upgraded services
Disruptions Brought About by Guests
If a charter ends early on account of guests' behavior or safety violations:
- No repayment for the time not utilized
- Outstanding payment must still be fulfilled in full
- Additional fees might be charged
Addressing Refund Disagreements
If there are disputes regarding a refund decision, you may:
- Request a reassessment by our administrative team
- Present supplementary evidence or documentation
- Engage consumer protection agencies for mediation
- Consider legal action according to the law

Our team will confirm receipt of your request within a day, assess it against this policy, and reply with a decision within two days. Approved refunds are processed within the specified timeframes.
Essential Information
- All applications for refunds must be made in writing
- Refunds are carried out in €, regardless of the currency used initially
- We advocate for purchasing travel insurance
- Modifications to this policy can be made with a 30-day notice period
- Refunds are bound by relevant taxes and laws
