Every charter comes with a qualified crew, life-saving equipment, fuel included, and a selection of basic drinks. Various services come with specific add-ons — sunset cruises come with premium snacks and refreshments, whereas corporate charters are equipped with business conference amenities and tailored catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we advise booking your charter 2–3 weeks early, particularly in the high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and personal festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks earlier offers more choice and sufficient time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our foremost concern is safety. Should the captain decide that weather conditions are hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We continuously monitor the weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours before your departure if the weather seems uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are certainly allowed to bring their own edibles and soft drinks. Nonetheless, our catering solutions are top-notch with customizable menu options to suit your palate. Be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to host all guests comfortably. Certain vessels in our fleet are designed with superior accessibility features. We encourage reaching out to us upon booking to converse about your individual requirements so that we can designate the most appropriate yacht and make any special arrangements needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund is provided. Those cancelled within the 24–72 hour window receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the departure is non-refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our side.
